DAILY POST: KIUNJURI “cries “in public after UHURU threatened to sack him like RICHARD ECHESA – I am not corrupt like RUTO Politics 04:48 Saturday March 2, 2019-Agriculture Cabinet Secretary, Mwangi Kiunjuri, on Saturday rubbished claims that he was among 5 Cabinet Secretaries who will be sacked next week over corruption allegations.
 Already, Uhuru has instructed National Intelligence Service (NIS) Director, Philip Kameru, to probe CSs within seven days and give him a report before March 7 when he will make drastic changes to his government. Following the claims, Kiunjuri who was speaking in Munyaka, Laikipia County, said he is not among the corrupt and accused some cartels of dragging his name in the mud. Kiunjuri who almost cried said he has never dipped his hands in the cookie jar. Meanwhile, Kitui Senator Enoch Wambua has urged President Kenyatta to move with speed and sack all Cabinet Secretaries in his government named in corruption cases.  However the senator wondered why CSs linked to the multi-billion dams scandals are still in office, saying they should be suspended until investigations are complete. On Friday, Uhuru fired CS Richard Echesa after he was linked to Sh 32 billion fake money racket.
