Lionel Messi appeared to have ignored Antoine Griezmann following the Frenchman's substitution during Barcelona's 2-1 win over Arsenal.
The awkward moment occurred when Messi snubbed Barca's 107 million summer signings handshake upon the former Atletico Madrid star's return to the dugout.
It could be that Messi forgot about Griezmann, but that would have been rather difficult as the rest of his Barca teammates in the dugout eagerly acknowledged him — except the Argentine.
However just before Griezmann sits down, Barcelona captain gives Griezmann a small tap on his leg, afterwards which seemed to be Messi's way of acknowledge the 28-year-old.
