An AMREF nurse who went missing from her home in Nairobi’s Tena estate has been found in Mombasa.
Margaret Kalelu was found admitted in the Intensive Care Unit at Coast Provincial General Hospital (CPGH).
Her family said a Good Samaritan found her near a petrol station in Bamburi and reported the incident to the Kadzandani Police Station.
Margaret had earlier been hospitalized at Kenyatta National Hospital with a depression-related illness.
The family is still trying piece together how Margaret traveled from her home in Tena, Nairobi to Mombasa.
Coast Provincial General Hospital chief administrator Iqbal Khandwala now says her condition is improving but she has not been able to speak.
