'Msiri wangu' Rashid Abdalla's touching birthday message to Lulu Hassan

Rashid Abdalla and Lulu Hassan have a relationship that makes many women swoon in admiration. Just last week Wednesday, Lulu Hassan celebrated Rashid’s birthday.

Guess what?

Rashid has also returned the favour. The Citizen TV presenter sent his birthday wishes to wifey on his Instagram page.

The message was a wonderful video that Rashid had prepared for the love of his life.

It was an Islamic-themed video with his caption reading:

Heri njema ya siku yako ya kuzaliwa rafiki yangu msiri wangu @loulou_hassan . Kiumbe wa pekee duniani unayejali mapungufu yangu, shida zangu, udhaifu wangu, unyonge wangu na ubinadamu wangu. Asante kwa kuyapa maisha yangu thamani na umuhimu mkubwa.

Lulu is the mother of Rashid’s 3 children – 2 boys, and one girl. The two got engaged just two weeks after meeting each other.

Rashid did not have money for Lulu’s dowry but that did not stop him from doing the best he could.

For her dowry, he actually gave her parents a prayer mat and a Koran, which they accepted.

What wonderful parents, as the two have been blossomed together with their marriage now approaching the dozen-year mark.
