Pep Guardiola, Man City manager, is backing the trio of Man United, Arsenal and Chelsea to challenge for the Premier League title during the 2019-20 campaign.

Man City are gunning for their third consecutive Premier League silverware title as they currently sit third with four points.

Football pundits are tipping Man City and Liverpool as clear favourites for the title again, with the two sides finishing first and second respectively last term.

But Guardiola was quick to add that Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea cannot not be overlooked.

“I am really impressed with Chelsea and how they have played against Manchester United and Liverpool,” Guardiola stressed.
“I was really surprised how well Frank Lampard’s team played. And we saw the quality United have upfront and the new mood around the club. Arsenal have bought good players too, so they are all contenders," added.

Meanwhile, Man City currently sit third on the log with four points after drawing 2-2 against Tottenham at Etihad on Saturday, August 17.

Erik Lamela and Lucas Moura were on target for Spurs, with Raheem Sterling and Sergio Aguero scoring for the home side.
