Muhoro  was linked to corruption deals when he was the CID boss among them the disputed Tatu City land which is valued at more than Ksh 8 billion. Popular blogger Cyprian Nyakundi  shared photos of the apartments Muhoro is building on his facebook page and said,”This massive building behind Homeland Hotel along Thika Road is being constructed by thief, murderer and corrupt policeman Ndegwa Muhoro. He once tried to steal Tatu City land in conjunction with Nahashon Nyaga, Vimal Shah and Steve Mwagiru. Where did he get the money? Meanwhile functional alcoholic and thief beyond measure Uhuru Kenyatta appointed him as an ambassador. The revolution is coming!”
