governor has been accused of spending Sh 30 million to buy condoms instead of
using the money to equip county hospitals with drugs.

the press on Wednesday , Embu county MCAs said Governor, Martin Wambora, on
Monday flagged off a truck purportedly containing medicine, but on opening the
consignments, hospitals only found condoms.
