Ugandan Umaru Kasumba converted the spot kick in the 85th minute to give Batoto ba Mungu the win and record his seventh goal of the season.
The penalty had been awarded after Bethuel Warambo had handled the ball inside the box, thereby denying Kasumba the chance to score in the match.
