The Kenyan international has now scored 27 goals this season in the Japanese J2 league.

Olunga joined the Japanese side in August 2018 from Chinese top-tier outfit Guizhou Zhicheng and has enjoyed a fine form in his 2nd season at Kashiwa Reysol.

Having enjoyed success with the Japanese side, the Harambee Stars striker’s future at the club is, however, a doubt with reports suggesting he could end up in German league Bundesliga next season.
