(PHOTO) Editor's Choice, Entertainment News, Featured Articles, Lifestyle 07:39 Friday, January 11, 2019 - This photo of President Uhuru flanked by Treasury CS, Henry Rotich, and Agriculture CS, Mwangi Kiunjuri, has left tongues wagging.

The photo was taken on Friday at State House, Mombasa, when the President was briefing the media on maize prices and payment of cane farmers.

However, Kenyans have taken issue with CS Rotich’s choice of baggy trouser that makes him look like he just landed from the 1970s when such trousers were in vogue.
