1. New York Sour

Ingredients:
45ml whisky

15ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass.
Fill the mixing glass with ice.
Shake and strain into a tumbler with fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
2. Honey Highball
Ingredients:
45ml whisky
15ml honey syrup
15ml lemon juice
Soda water
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass.
Fill the mixing glass with ice.
Shake and strain into a tumbler with fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
3. Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
60ml whisky
2 dashes of bitters
2 large orange peels
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1 large ice block
Method:
Add the brown sugar, orange peels and bitters to a tumbler and press with a muddler.
Add in 2 ice cubes and 15ml of whisky. Keep stirring and repeating until you reach 60 ml.
Garnish with a dried orange peel.
4. Rosemary Mule

Ingredients:
60ml whisky
Fresh rosemary
15ml of sugar syrup
10ml of lemon juice
Ginger ale
Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add in whisky, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Add in the rosemary and top up with ginger ale.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
5. Boulevardier

Ingredients:
45ml of whisky
30ml of campari
15ml of Martini Rosso
Methods:
Fill a tumbler with ice cubes.
Add in all ingredients and stir.
garnish with orange peel.
