A young man was gunned down by police early Thursday morning after a scuffle with his girlfriend.
Melvin Ochieng alias Ofwedege is reported to have argued with the girlfriend in the wee hours of the morning.
The neighbors report that the two quarreled over food and the argument got heated prompting a neighbor to call the police.
Melvin is said to have rubbed shoulders before with police men in the area.
The policeman who arrived on scene allegedly shot Melvin severally.
The body has since been moved to City mortuary even as the said girlfriend remains in the wind.
