.Alexis Sanchez, Chilean forward, was reportedly involved in a furious training ground bust-up with Manchester United youngster Mason Greenwood with the pair exchanging hot words.
According to UK Sun report, the 30-year-old Sanchez, who returned from the Copa America with a hamstring injury was fouled by the youngster during his first training session.
The ex-Arsenal man is keen to regain match fitness, with Man United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer assuring him he remains a vital part of his plans going into the new season.
However, Sanchez is still behind other squad members in terms of schedule as he fights to regain his fitness, even as he had to work away from the rest of the group.
The Chilean international was not listed for action Chelsea but he is back in training and is expected to feature in the coming days.
On the other hand, the 17-year-old Greenwood was a second-half substitute during the 4-0 win over rivals Chelsea on Sunday and is hopeful of more first team appearance this season.
Meanwhile, Solskjaer is understood to be ready to hand youngsters in the squad opportunities to play a part in the first team.
However, he remains upbeat Sanchez will finally show his best form in a Man United jersey after enduring a difficult stint since his arrival from Arsenal in January 2018.
