Tuesday January 8, 2019 - President Uhuru Kenyatta has confirmed Opposition Leader, Raila Odinga, as his topmost advisor on matters development. Speaking in Mombasa on Monday, Uhuru termed Raila as his advisor with whom he has been collaborating with on matters to do with the day to day running of the Government and that he will not listen to any Tom, Dick and Harry yapping out there. He noted that he sees nothing bad in consulting the former Prime Minister in matters running the State, adding that the same shall continue for the good of the nation. “Those who want to do politics, let them continue loitering.” “My focus is development.” “I see no problem if Raila tells me to change this or that in matters development for the benefit of Kenyans,” said Uhuru. Ever since Raila Raila joined Uhuru through the famous handshake, things have never been the same with Ruto and his allies with the DP’s supporters claiming that Baba was pushing Ruto out of Jubilee and that he has literally replaced him as Uhuru’s right hand man.
