DAILY POST: NGUNJIRI says LUOs must be evicted from Nakuru - They are poison and they have bewitched UHURU who is even insulting his own mother 06:38
Tuesday January 8, 2019 - Bahati MP, Kimani Ngunjiri, is being sought by police after he made derogatory and incitement remarks against members of the Luo community living in Nakuru County. Kimani, who led demonstrations against President Uhuru Kenyatta’s presidency in Nakuru Town on Tuesday, claimed that a Luo by the name of NASA leader, Raila Odinga, has bewitched Uhuru who is now vilifying Jubilee leaders who are campaigning for Deputy President William Ruto’s Presidential bid in 2022. However, Homa Bay Women Representative, Gladys Wanga, has told Ngunjiri off accusing him of using demonstrations to threaten some communities out of Nakuru County. "Bahati MP must stop spewing hatred against the Luo nation. The several thousand luos who live in Nakuru are increasingly threatened with this level of incitement," Wanga said on Tuesday evening. Meanwhile, police in Nakuru are hunting down Kimani Ngunjiri for holding demonstrations without a police permit. The MP, who is a close ally of Ruto, asked President Uhuru Kenyatta on Sunday to resign because he has betrayed those who put him in office. Uhuru has however maintained that he is the President of all Kenyans and he will not be intimidated by the likes of Ngunjiri and Kuria.
