DAILY POST: RAILA forms “Holy Alliance” to remove RUTO from power in 2022 - He is getting notes from French revolution in 1800s- This man is a political genius Politics 08:36 Monday January 14, 2019-National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga, is reportedly burning the midnight oil as he crafts a perfect scheme to stop Deputy President William Ruto from ascending to power in 2022.
Though the septuagenarian has declared that he is not interested with the presidency in 2022 , his closest aides says the man is spending countless hours with a dozen of advisers on how to stop the “Hustler from Sugoi” from winning the coveted seat in 2022. Borrowing notes from the French Revolution of 1800s, Raila, who is described as “An Enigma in Kenya politics” by Nigerian author, Babafemi Badejo, has formed a secret “Holy Alliance” which comprises of trade unionists, civil societies and religious leaders. During the French revolution, monarchs of Austria, Prussia, and Russia formed “Holy Alliance” to remove Napoleon Bonaparte from power. Napoleon was an authoritarian ruler who ruled France between 1799 and 1815 when he was removed by “Holy Alliance”. According to Raila's advisers, Ruto is the Kenya’s Napoleon Bonaparte and they want to form a formidable alliance that will stop him from succeeding President Uhuru Kenyatta. One duty of the “Holy Alliance” is to support calls for a referendum which is being opposed by Deputy President William Ruto and his political orphans. Raila’s think tank is of the idea that referendum is being supported by majority of Kenyans and it is only the DP who is opposing it. “Once Ruto’s loses the referendum debate, he will become weaker politically and Raila will beat him badly in 2022,” one of Raila Odinga‘s strategist told a local daily.
