‘Everyone cannot fill up one event’ Olamide talks about having a concert on the same day as WizKid

Nigerian fans are in a fix, and it’s all got to do with whose event to attend between superstars Olamide and WizKid.

Well, despite that being a problem for fans, it is not a concern for Olamide. WizKid has scooped a large fan base as compared to Olamide, but he says Nigeria has too many people who will not all attend one event, but make time for the other.

Talking to Sunday Scoop, Olamide confirmed the news, which had been circulating on social media.
He said:

It is true that the two shows will happen on the same day. The population of Nigeria is huge and everyone cannot fill up one event center.

Olamide said, everyone has a choice and so whichever event they want to attend is all up to them.

Olamide maintained that he didn’t have any inkling the date of Wikzid’s show would clash with his own. He said he is sure both will make the money as expected and so there is no need to worry.

Olamide also talked about his songs being banned in Nigeria saying not everyone will be pleased with the music he makes.
