The veteran striker has been reported to have fallen out with the club’s newly appointed coach.
Ezekiel Odera is on his way out of AFC Leopards after falling out with new coach Nikola Kavazovic, Nairobi News understands.
The veteran striker is said to have gone AWOL from training during pre-season amid strong interest from Tusker.
“I do not think the coach will use him again this season unless there is a complete change of heart,” a source told Nairobi News.
“His relationship with the coach has broken down beyond repair.”
Odera was top scorer for Leopards in 2018 with 13 goals but should he choose to stay at the club, then he will be forced to fight for a spot alongside Zimbabwean striker Michelle Katsvairo who is on the brink of signing for the team.
