Has Trattoria owner Gaetano Ruffo acquired 20th Century building? – Weekly Citizen

Talks are rife within the hotel industry that the  Italian owner of the popular Hotel along Webera street in Nairobi has acquired 20^th century building from the late Prof George Saitoti family.

The man has been in and out of court corridors over ownership tussle with the owners of town house that has played a host Trattoria hotel for over  three decades.

Grapevine has it the man plans to convert 20^th Century into a Hotel with several rooms.

Recently inferno broke out at the 20^th Century building on Mama Ngina Street in the Nairobi Central Business District (CBD) and left two people with minor injuries.
