Gospel singer Mr Seed says he was scared for his wife Nimo Gachuiri after he witnessed her delivery room drama.

The couple welcomed a boy via normal delivery, but Mr Seed thought she would go through a Caesarian section.

“There were options for normal delivery and CS, but I really prayed to God that she conceive normally,” Mr Seed told Word Is yesterday.

They welcomed their child on Tuesday evening. Seed also said he was present in the labour ward the whole time to support her.

“I was so heartbroken to see Nimo crying and screaming as she delivers, but the minute I heard our baby cry, I had my peace back. I am now so happy to God. Mr Seed’s wife said her baby weighed 3.5kg and also talked about how she laboured in pain before welcoming the bundle of joy.

She wrote: “Welcome to the world my Little star born Gold Christen, 3.5 kg the labour the screams were all worth it. Thank God for normal delivery, and all those that took part in saying a prayer for us.”

On her Instagram page, she said her due date had passed and the doctors had to induce her labour.

“It passed by 10 days and she had to be induced, and still there was no labour until on Monday, when we went back to the hospital,” Mr Seed said.
