Chelsea and Juventus are planning on a double swap transfer deal to ensure Adrien Rabiot and Federico Bernardeschi switch to Stamford Bridge in exchange for Jorginho and Marcos Alonso.
The Italian champions, who are reportedly desperate to seal an agreement are also willing to add cash to ensure the deal is finalised.
Recall Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri spent just one season at Chelsea, but in that time made no bones about his love for Jorginho - having already brought him to West London with him from Napoli.
At the time, the ex-Blues chief even played star man N'Golo Kante out of position to accommodate his fellow Italian.
With Chelsea having already signed Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner on his way, they are now turning to Kai Havertz.
And meanwhile, Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has been linked with a shock move to join Premier League side Chelsea in a sensational transfer deal.
