A further breakdown reveals that 4 are from Kasarani, 2 from Makadara while Umoja, South C and Dagoretti South have 1 each.

Machakos County has also recorded its first case while among the 14 one is an 11 months old baby.

The CAS further said that 34 health workers have tested positive either directly at places of work or indirectly.

On the other hand, the Country has recorded 5 new recoveries bringing the total to 202.

Aman says targeted testing will continue in various areas in the Country even as he appealed to Kenyans to continue observing the guidelines set by the ministry of Health.

He urged Kenyans to welcome those released from quarantine after recovery saying stigmatizing them is not a good thing.

Aman said those sneaking out of restricted areas are a risk to others and urged security apparatus to ensure the areas are cordoned off.

He confirmed that 237 Kenyans arrived last evening and were received by staff from MoH before being accommodated in hotels last night at the Governments expense.
