Kisauni MP Ali Menza Mbogo is on the police watch list for allegedly making inciting remarks during the Wiper meet-the-people tour led by the party leader Kalonzo Musyoka last Friday. Mombasa County commissioner John Otieno said the remarks bordered on ethnicity.
