Thursday, November 23, 2018 – The owner of a 7 storey building that is under construction along Spine Road in Kayole has been ordered to demolish it by Nairobi County Government.
The building which was almost complete is substandard, posing a great danger to innocent lives.
The owner of the building was just chasing profits without caring about the safety of the people who were constructing the building and passers-by.
Most Nairobi residents are desperate for houses and the owner of this building knew very well that he would still find tenants.
