National Land Commission Vice Chair Getrude Nguku has dismissed claims that the commission has no powers to handle private land disputes. Speaking in Mombasa after the conclusion of a five day land dispute hearing Nguku said the directive was misadvised and that the commission had been given powers on all land matters.
