National assembly of Wednesday failed to dispense the contentious Political Parties Amendment Bill 2021 despite calling for a second special sitting that stretched all the way to 2 am. During the heated sessions the house however voted to include a slogan as grounds for registration of a political party and giving powers to the office of the registrar to either accept or decline registration of a political party.
