Online shop for mums launched : The Standard

A local digital content start-up, MumsVillage, has ventured into the e-commerce space with the launch of an online shop. Known as MumsVillageShop, the platform will provide opportunities for entrepreneurial mothers to sell their products online. Chief Executive Isis Nyong’o-Madison said the venture meets parents’ need for a central place to search and buy from a wide range of local and global brands, all from the comfort of their homes and offices. "The MumsVillageShop reflects the changing preferences of consumers to shop online in Kenya given the convenience and access to quality products," she said.
