Eden Hazard celebrates his double against West Ham

Chelsea upped the pressure on the sides vying for the top four with victory over West Ham as Eden Hazard may have added a few million to his asking price.

The London derby didn't catch light until his wonder goal opened the scoring after 24 minutes at Stamford Bridge.

The 28-year-old, heavily linked with Real Madrid, glided past four Hammers defenders before slotting calmly into the net.

His composed second in time added on iced the cake and sealed a deserved three points for the Blues.

The win lifts Maurizio Sarri's men up to third, above Tottenham in the table.

Spurs do have a game in hand but Chelsea will be confident of returning to the Champions League after a year away.
