Jubilee supporters took offense with Uhuru’s remark and took to social media to complain while others regretted voting for him. In the run up to the 2017 Presidential election, Jubilee supporters were aptly nicknamed thuraku (ants) to symbolize their huge numbers but that has now changed to Washenzi.
