Milimani Chief Magistrate Criminal Courts have established two courts at Kasarani Stadium to handle cases related to breach of COVID-19 regulations.

The temporary courts which began operating on May 7, 2020, deal with cases from the Nairobi Metropolitan such as failure to wear masks, failure to keep social distance and breach of curfew.

This week, the Kasarani courts registered and fully processed about 1,000 offenders who are either fined or sentenced to community work.
