Former Renowned NTV Anchor Appeals For Medical Help

Veteran media personality Sean Cardovillis has appealed to Kenyans to help him raise money to offset a huge medical bill.

The former NTV sports anchor was hospitalised with pneumonia that led to other complications.

In a poster that has been circulated by her former colleagues and fans, the illness has resulted in the collapse of one of his lungs.

“Sean has been hospitalised for a while now. The chest pains he had been experiencing for a while turned into Pneumonia and one of his lungs collapsed, he also has an infection around his heart.

“He is receiving professional treatment and is improving, but needs monitoring and further care. Send your contributions.”

His ex-colleagues described him as a good man and asked Kenyans to stand with him during this trying moment.

Sean has worked with Capital FM, Paradise FM in Seychelles, and NTV.

He was laid off by the Nation Media Group in 2020 following the outbreak of Covid-19 that affected many businesses.
