President Uhuru Kenyatta plans another tour to Botswana in a show of solidarity with Mokgweetsi Masisi who was elected as the new President of the country.
Various leaders from across the continent attended the inauguration ceremony, including Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa, Zambian President Edgar Lungu and representatives of other SADC Heads of State and Government.
President Kenyatta’s record setting foreign tours, 93 international trips since attaining power in 2013, has attracted bitterness from Kenyan’s grappling with harsh economic times.
Eye brows were raised when he resorted to a luxurious private jet which charges whooping sh1.8 million in his global trotting mission.
The luxurious Jet is owned by a Dubai based Company.
