Premier League giants, Chelsea, have reportedly advised French midfielder, Tanguy Ndombele, to snub a move to Manchester United.

The 22-year Old is currently wanted by United to replace Ander Herrera who is said to have agreed a summer deal with Paris Saint-Germain.

Ndombele has been in perfect shape this season to court interest from Man City, PSG, Liverpool and Real Madrid.

According to a UK Metro report citing L’Equipe, the Red Devils have already held talks with Ndombele over a possible move to Old Trafford.

However, the midfielder is said to be concerned the Manchester outfit might miss out on Champions League football next season going by their current league position.

The concern has now incited Chelsea to join the race for the signature of Ndombele asking him to reject United and wait for Blues' transfer.

The London club is currently incapable of making any new signings for the next two windows and are appealing the transfer ban.

It remains unclear if the Blues succeed in their appeal and the club have moved to convince Ndombele to spend another year at Lyon before making the switch to Stamford Bridge.
