Former National Youth Service deputy director-general Sammy Muchuki is among 11 suspects discharged by court in the Sh468 million graft case on request from the public prosecutor.
The case has been adjourned to Tuesday after the court was told two suspects were not aware of the hearing of the case and a witness was not ready to testify.
The court was set to start receiving evidence on Monday in the case against former Principal Secretary Lillian Omollo and 43 individuals.
