DAILY POST: Here is how DCJ PHILOMENA MWILU begged UHURU to forgive her for abusing him before last year’s ruling – RAILA ODINGA was present

Wednesday November 28, 2018 – Deputy Chief Justice
Philomena Mwilu has been trying to contact President Uhuru Kenyatta to apologise
to him for abusing him at a public function.
Last year, Mwilu was caught on camera abusing Uhuru saying he is a
drunkard who should not be allowed to lead the country.
“Huyu mlevi hafai kurudi kama rais”
Mwilu told a public function in Nairobi just before she participated in
nullifying President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win.
Mwilu was part of the Supreme Court Judges who nullified President Uhuru
Kenyatta’s win on September 1st, 2017.
Last month, Mwilu tried to approach Uhuru using National Super Alliance
(NASA) leader, Raila Odinga.
Odinga who was meeting Uhuru at State House put Mwilu on loudspeaker and
she sought forgiveness from the Head of State.
It was after this phone call, the Director of Public Prosecutions, Noordin
Haji, started going slow on Mwilu’s cases.
The Deputy CJ was charged with abuse of office, failure to pay stamp tax,
improperly obtaining Sh12 million from the troubled Imperial Bank and obtaining
security by false pretence, among other counts.
