delegates at the Public Finance and Tax 2018 Conference, Kibwana said that
he will reconsider his decision to avoid presidential politics.

to him, if three-quarter of the delegates pledged their support and wrote to
him asking that he joins the Presidential race, he would give in to their
request and would join the race with full force.
