The Kenya Commercial Bank CEO Joshua Oigara and Human Resource Boss Paul Russo have now decided to frustrate Gabriel Okomo, the Unfairly Sacked KCB Unionisable Employees’ Chairman.
As we earlier indicated, Okomo will be heading to court to sue Oigara and the bank over unfair sacking, discrimination and other things.
His only crime was fighting for employees and that is why Joshua Oigara, the strongman from Kisii decided to fire him after colluding with other senior management nincompoops.
KCB CEO Joshua Oigara has been accused of high-handedness towards KCB employees that are paid peanuts as compared to senior management officials that are paid billions, in salaries and allowances.
Gabriel Okomo has been the Kenya Commercial Bank Unionisable Employees chairman. According to our sources, Joshua Oigara vowed that he must do away with Okomo who had become “Troublesome” by fighting for employees rights and refusing to be bought.
The Kenya Commercial Bank Management staged a Kangaroo disciplinary committee on the 8th of October and invited Okomo accusing him of ” inciting his colleagues to reject a well-orchestrated coup against the union by the employer in a court case that has dragged on since 2017″. This is the same case marred with corruption and bribery yet the Kenyan accountability institutions like ODPP, EACC, JSC and DCI have been silenced by Oigara’s deep pockets.
The final nail in the coffin was placed when Gabriel Okomo appeared in a protest that was held outside KCB Kencom, as covered by this site. Basically, you become an enemy of the KCB management by fighting for employees rights.
We sought comment from Gabriel Okomo and these were his comments
I cleared with these guys three weeks ago but they have decided to withhold all my payments to ground me.
Joshua Oigara is notorious with exploiting his workers, despite outrage all over, the man who earns Ksh. 21 million per month, while his lowest worker earns peanuts, has refused to change.

Oigara, who claims to be saved shows the opposite of what the Lord he worships wants. On the other hand, Paul Russo, from the marginalised Rendille community, a community of people who just came to see the city the other day, has been mentioned as the architect of oppression at KCB. One day I’ll tell you how floods almost swept him when he used to live in Kiserian, till he looted enough to move to Karen where he now has the guts to oppress others.

We now tell Joshua Oigara to release Gabriel Okomo’s payment and let him leave in peace as he prepares to sue the bank for wrongful termination. Failure to do so, we will mobilize the online community to launch a campaign #OigaraPayUp as from next week.
