Journalist Stephen Letoo contracts coronavirus

– The Citizen TV journalist tested positive for coronavirus recently

– TUKO.co.ke learnt about Letoo’s condition through a source intimate to the journalist

– Letoo is currently in isolation and receiving treatment

Citizen TV lead reporter Stephen Letoo has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, TUKO.co.ke has learnt.

The journalist tested positive after going for a test at an unidentified hospital in Nairobi.

News about Letoo’s current state of health was first made public by a source intimate to the journalist.

Following reports that Letoo had tested positive, TUKO.co.ke tried to get a hold of the journalist for a comment but he was unreachable as at the time of filing this report.

The latest development comes barely two weeks after the journalist broke the internet with photos of him and his son.

The journalist shared the photos to celebrate his son as he turned a year older.

Letoo becomes the second big time Kenyan celebrity to contract the virus.

As was earlier reported by TUKO.co.ke, flashy Nairobi pastor Burale also recently announced he had tested positive for COVI-19.

Burale, however, beat the virus and was discharged from hospital in a move that excited many Kenyans.
