Nigerian rapper and singer Skales has a lot of fans in Kenya especially because his music is what we jam to in the clubs.
He became famous in the 254 after the hit song, Shake body, and then he went ahead to collaborate with Harmonize in their club banger, fire waist.
It is no secret Kenyans love Harmonize and so this song opened doors for Skales here and now he is part of the Coke Studio team 2019.
In an exclusive interview with KISS100, he mentioned that it was fulfilling working with Nicki Minaj and Major Lazer on their hit Run Up.

People around me and so I always want to keep them dancing and happy. I want to be remembered for pushing African music culture to a whole new level and for help young people grow [their] talents
Skales also opened up about his excitement being part of the Coke Studio team 2019 saying:
