Friday November 23, 2018-Cherangany MP, Joshua Kutuny, has asked Kenyans to be wary of Deputy President William Ruto‘s Presidential bid in 2022, because he has no any development track record in Uasin Gishu county.

Ruto is planning to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2022, but according to Kutuny it will be a bad choice to elect him since his region is the poorest in Kenya despite roaming with billions in the name of Harambees.

“He is telling us of 2022 instead of addressing maize farming crisis. His county is among the poorest in Kenya. Let him fix that,”Kutuny stated.

The outspoken MP also said Kalenjins should ask Ruto questions on why he has been telling them to abandon Maize farming yet  it is has been their source  of money  for more than 40 years.

“We shall ask him hard questions. It won’t be easy as he thinks. He can’t tell us that Maize farming is out of fashion yet in my 40 and above years, it’s been feeding people,” Kutuny said.
