emerged between Interior Coordination Cabinet Secretary, Fred Matiangi and
Deputy President William Ruto over multi billion tenders in the Interior
months, Ruto has been pushing for award of multi billion contracts to his
associates who have been looting the public coffers dry.

Matiangi and asked him to award a tender for the supply of police uniforms to
other people, not just the National Youth Service (NYS).

Tuesday and said he will not allow cartels to supply police uniforms.
