Khaligraph Jones was already a huge yoked rapper from way back when he made his debut.

That is how he got to work as a bouncer before he got his career going.

But lately he has been back to the gym after taking a prolonged hiatus and though muscle memory can account for some of the gains he has made.

The rapid rate at which he has put on muscles has left alot of onlookers with wagging tongues and many a conspiracy theorist confused.

Rags to Riches: Khaligraph opens up about owning only one pair of shoes

You see, Khaligraph Jones has been documenting his return to the gym and the subsequent transformation of his physique and the fast rate of muscularity has alot of sceptics claiming he is on juice, gear, roids or whatever name synonymous to steroids that you know.

We had recently called him and asked him to address the rumours and he gave an interesting answer saying,

Whether or not someone is on roids, do you expect them to tell you?

But it seems he wasn’t done addressing the mythical haters every celebrity seems to have. Taking to his Instagram account, he taunted this unnamed horde saying,

I don’t know about you but I doubt it would be good for my health to continue having a pointed conversation with the OG about a topic he is clearly testy on.

I would however be remiss not to point out that some health concerns associated with the abuse of roids include:

  • Kidney problems or failure
  • Liver damage and tumors
  • Enlarged heart, high blood pressure, and changes in blood cholesterol, all of which increase the risk of stroke and heart attack, even in young people
  • Increased risk of blood clots

Several other effects are gender- and age-specific:

  • In men:
    • shrinking testicles
    • decreased sperm count
    • baldness
    • development of breasts
    • increased risk for prostate cancer
  • In women:
    • growth of facial hair or excess body hair
    • decreased breast size
    • male-pattern baldness
    • changes in or stop in the menstrual cycle
    • enlarged clitoris
    • deepened voice
  • In teens:
    • stunted growth (when high hormone levels from steroids signal to the body to stop bone growth too early)
    • stunted height (if teens use steroids before their growth spurt)

Some of these physical changes, such as shrinking sex organs in men, can add to mental side effects such as mood disorders.
