After KCSE, JKUAT NCBD offers courses of your choice : The Standard

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education results were announced on December 21, by Education Cabinet Secretary, Amb. Amina Mohammed. This saw a total of 315 candidates score an A plain while 90,377 candidates scored C+ and above to meet the minimum university entry qualification. As a form four leaver with grades above or below C+, you can apply for a course of your choice at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in diploma or undergraduate with flexible study in Nairobi campus (JKUAT Towers formally known as ICEA Building on Kenyatta Avenue). JKUAT NCBD also offers masters and PhD programmes for any undergraduate or postgraduate who wishes to further his/her studies.

The campus too, offers programs such as Leadership and governance, MBA, Project management and ICT Management as well as professional courses such as CISCO, Certified Information System Management, Certified Information Systems Auditor among other courses. Some of the undergraduates courses include; Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM), Bachelor of Business and Information Technology (BBIT), Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Science in Project Management, Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship among others. One must be a holder of C+ and above or have a Diploma in relevant discipline with credit pass from JKUAT or from an institution recognized by University Senate. Masters programmes offered in the institution include; Pure an Applied Sciences Dept. (PAS), MSc. Applied Statistics, MSc. Applied Mathematics, MSc. Information Technology among others, with entry requirements being; Upper Second Class Honors for undergraduate degree with relevant majors or holders of a Bachelor degree of at least Lower Second Class Honours from a recognized University with at least 3 years post-qualification experience. Some of the PhD courses include; PhD Business Administration-OPTIONS - (Finance & Strategic Management & Marketing options), PhD in Leadership and Governance, PhD in Project Management, PhD in Entrepreneurship, PhD Information Technology, PhD Computer Science and others.
