Correct List of Impregnated School Girls Per County

Going through the messy list of school girls impregnated during this COVID-19 quarantine is both equally , and not only painful for me as a parent but also a challenge for the entire society.

The statistics of the girls impregnated have forced a conversation in the social media streets with questions on how did we as a country end up here?

The problem is that the society ignites a deep one sided conversation! This is not about saving our baby girls from being mothers but also, our baby boys from being fathers.

We can blame the technology because we like to relate our problems with 20th century! The society has failed to protect their babies.

We can not be blame patching every invention on earth. We can’t also roll our young girls in contraceptive schedules that will/has been tear(ing) their hormonal changes.

As we digest the reality of thousands of underage girls being pregnant, let us not forget that unprotected sex has worse consequences such as STI’s STD’s with HIV/AIDS highly included.

For instance, in Nairobi alone, more than 10, 000 underage girls were impregnated! By who? Most of the cases are alleged to be forced coitus-rape. Sodomy cases are equally skyrocketing…

It could be loose men or loose women or corrupt law officers or even worse, both!

Our education system have really failed our kids concerning the sex education. I mean, the system is only designed to teach reproductive systems for learners to be paper examined. What about themselves?

Morning paper do speak about sex, the evening television news does, the weekly news magazines do, their peers do, and their schools may. . . Do the churches have a heart for teenagers, who live in a sex-laden atmosphere?

If so, if our teenagers are to be light and salt in their own environment, someone must help them make sense of sexuality.

These is also the other reason we are seing increased, for instance, our Tertiary institution have massive sex for grades scandals.

Let these figures not leave tongues wagging because, if we really go deep on the ground rural girls have been having these menace for ages.

Urban girls on the other hand, due to availability of many biology ‘experts’, i call them informed quacks— Mugo wa Wairimu, fake Dr Avedi  are a case study, abortion is always an option on the table.

Not all these pregnancies are from rape victims. Each societal area has different aspects to consider if we want the menace to drop drastically and eventualy not blow up on our sorry faces.

Security, depression, peer pressure, rural urban migration, urban rural migration, etc etc… Some are even doing it to satisfy the spirits of adventure.

We as the society have failed our youngsters. We left our kids to be taught by a system programmed to paper examine them and less of inform them. I know we have different set of education system but this is topic for another day.

Lets always remeber that they are our kids first, before education, society, or even coronavirus came.
