Two female occupants of the car also died on the spot while the driver also a lady succumbed in Nairobi Hospital. It was reported that the ladies including the driver were drunk when the accident happened. Interestingly, the family of the driver has taken to social media to appeal for financial assistance to help offset the bill at Nairobi hospital with no mention of the killed jogger. We have established that the jogger is one Josephat Maritim, a bread winner with a young family. Netizens feel that it is the jogger’s family that deserves financial assistance not the drunk driver.
