Tusker FC trash KCB to move to 6th position in KPL table

Tusker FC moved up to 6th position on the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) table after beating KCB 1-0 in one of the three matches played on Thursday. 

Tusker’s lone goal was netted by Boniface Muchiri in the second half of the game against KCB who remain 9th on the table with 29 points, five points behind Tusker.

Nzoia United replicated that score in their game against Vihiga United.

Nzoia netted their lone goal in the second half through Collins Wakhungu and the three points pushed them up to 10th position on the table with 28 points, eight points above their opponents Vihiga who sit 15th on the table.

Western Stima and Karibangi Sharks played out to a goalless draw that left the Sharks in 8th position on 31 points and Stima in 13th position, five points adrift.
