In new changes to the Executive, Uhuru formed The National Development
Implementation and Communication Cabinet Committee that will be chaired by
Matiangi.

Treasury CS, Henry Rotich, will deputise Matiangi and the members will be all
Cabinet Secretaries, the Attorney General and the Head of Public Service will
be the Secretary of the Committee.

Some political analysts have shared their thoughts about the changes
saying Uhuru has technically appointed Matiangi as Prime Minister because he
