ADMIN ASSISTANT
Client Brief
Our client, providing financial services in invoice & cheque discounting, LPO & Asset financing, and payroll support is looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to be based in CBD Nairobi. Asset located in Nairobi.

Job Brief
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all office management functions and basic accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities
• Receiving clients and visitors in the office
• Managing office correspondences e.g. Responding to enquires on email, telephone and walk-ins
• Ensuring office cleanliness, maintenance of office equipment and office utilities e.g. Wi-Fi, electricity and water etc.
• Updating records on the system, organizing and filling of all documents
• Documenting reports
• Managing customer feedback and resolving any complaints

Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma holder in relevant field of study
• Minimum CPA 2
• 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in word, excel and PowerPoint
• Qualified and Experienced in using QuickBooks
• Good organizational and customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision
• Salary Budget Gross Ksh 25,000-Ksh 30,000
• Ready to start work immediately
