ANC and Wiper Parties’ Weakness Exposed as ODM Insists NASA is Dead

The ANC, Wiper and Ford Kenya parties have been badly left exposed following the declaration by ODM that NASA is dead and nothing can be done to salvage it.

Over the years, the three parties have rode on the ODM wave even though they have always ended up performing dismally when left to stand alone. The parties worst hit by this declaration are ANC and Wiper whose leaders have an ambition to be president in 2022. Both Musalia Mudavadi and Kalonzo Musyoka have declared to run in 2022.

However, their ambitions to be president now face an uphill task because the two leaders do not have enough numbers that can propel them to the presidency. On the other hand, they have also lost their critical political allies who have decided to work with the ODM Party and Raila Odinga.

In Musalia Mudavadi’s ANC Party, a number of vocal leaders who were elected to parliament under ANC ticket are working with Raila and traversed Kibra constituency to campaign for ODM candidate, Imran Okoth, despite ANC having a candidate. The leaders included Geofrey Osotsi and Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala.

Kalonzo Musyoka is also facing a rebellion in his Ukambani backyard from Governors who have decided to work with Raila Odinga. Charity Ngilu of Kitui, Kivutha Kibwana of Makueni and Alfred Mutua of Machako all have joined Raila Odinga’s camp.
