Celebrities we’ve lost in 2018

The year is almost ending and so many things have happened throughout the year, both good and bad, but we  are grateful that we have achieved a lot this year despite it all.

In the midst of all that, we have lost some celebrities along the way. Their death was greatly felt and till date, some people have still not come to terms with their death. Losing someone has never been easy and we hope that those affected will find comfort.

Here are celebrities we’ve lost this year;

Mowzey Radio

His death came as a shock to many as he was loved and very talented. He got into a fight at Freedom Beach in Entebbe. It was reported that a bouncer pushed him where he fell and sustained injuries on his head.

He was rushed to the Case Clinic Hospital in critical condition and he went into a coma but sadly he passed. We really lost a great soul.

Jamal Nassur

Jamal is famously remembered from Vioja Mahakamani and Junior. We got to learn about his death through one of acting mates, Meggielle, who jotted down a message on social media.

A police report shows Grace Kanamu Namu is alleged to have stabbed the actor at Arks Hotel on Tuesday night after a domestic squabble.

Sagini

Sagini has been in the industry for a while but made his breakthrough this year after featuring in the album. He worked closely with Khaligraph Jones and the sudden news of his death crushed him.

Khaligraph stated that he died after suffering a short illness. Sagini will be greatly missed a he was a great artiste.

Agnes Masogange

Masogange suffered Asthma and low blood count that led to her death. She died at Mama Ngoma Mwenge hospital in Dar es Salaam at the age of 28 at the Mama Ngoma Mwenge hospital in Dar es Salaam.

Joseph Kamaru

At the age of 79, Veteran Kikuyu artiste Joseph Kamaru passed away in October while undergoing treatment at the MP Shah Hospital.

It was reported that he was diagnosed with Parkinson disease, a nerve disease which is believed to have been the cause of his death.

John Macharia

Royal Media Services owner SK. Macharia lost his son John Macharia on 27th April 2018 at Karen Hospital in Nairobi following a nasty accident.
